All you do is trick the 7 machine into thinking there is a printer attached
Use “add printer” on the 7 machine, choose local printer (NOT Network), create new port, choose local port, then name it
Make sure you use the printer name that’s displayed in the Printer Properties/Sharing Box. In my case it was Printer3 ———-(Not LaserJet 2015d PCL6)
Windows 7 then loads the drivers or allows you to navigate to them.
