¿Linux, prohibido en Francia?

La polémica ley HADOPI francesa que regula las descargas de ficheros en Internet en ese país podría obligar al uso de software especial para ese control de descargas. Lo malo es que el software podría no funcionar en Linux. Y teniendo en cuenta que el software spyware sería obligatorio para los internautas franceses, eso haría teóricamente complicado usar GNU/Linux para que se conectaran a Internet, lo que sería desastroso.
